The morning session was about experiments and camps simulating Mars environment about the right way to organize an expedition to improve efficiency and get more results as possible.
A speech was about Mona-Lisa experiment: an all-female crew experiment.
These are the conclusions:
“Although from the male point
of view nobody would think
that an all-female group could
survive for many days in
isolation with no casualities,
the reality showed that the
Mona Lisa crew was the best in
terms of efficiency, problem
solving, group cohesion with
respect to the all-male crew
Leonardo”
